摘要
研究了4-氨基-6-特丁基-3-甲硫基-1,2,4-三嗪-5(4H)-酮(通用名嗪草酮,Metribuzin)的合成新方法,通过对反应介质,甲基化试剂的选择及反应条件的优化研究,使产品收率高(一般>95%),纯度高(>93%),同时用核磁共振谱、红外光谱。
A new method of synthesis 4 amino 6 t butyl 3 methylthio 1,2,4 triazin 5 one (Metribuzin) is reported. Some reaction conditions, such as reaction medium, methylation agent et al have been discussed. Using this new method, we got the product with high yield and high purity. The product has been confirmed by H′NMR, IR and elements.
