摘要
为探索增强研究生体质的有效手段,进一步发挥体育锻炼在促进研究生体质方面的积极作用,本文对健身锻炼的120名研究生实施不同的运动处方,探讨篮球、游泳、羽毛球、瑜伽对研究生体质的影响,并进行比较研究.研究结果表明,在高校贯彻运动处方为指导的锻炼方式可以有效地提高研究生的体质和健康状况,此研究为运动处方理论融入高校体育锻炼奠定了基础.
In order to search for effective methods to improve the constitution of graduate students,and develop the positive functions to improve the graduate students' health by sports,this thesis takes different sports prescriptions for 120 graduate students who takes sports.It discusses the influence on their health by basketballs,swimming,badminton and yoga,in which this thesis does a comparison among them.The results indicates that making the sports prescription as the sports methods in universities can effectively improve the constitution and health of the graduate students.This study takes a basis for the coming into universities of the sports prescriptions.
