Numerical simulation of micro-liquid droplet formation in T-shape channel

摘要 基于水平集法(level set method),对微流控芯片中形成液滴的两相流动现象进行了数值模拟。考察分散相液滴在芯片槽中的形成方式,以及流量等因素对液滴形态和大小的影响,研究其对流动的影响。 The two phase micro-fluid flow in chip channel was simulated with level set method, and factors which affecting the fluid flow were investigated, the influence of quantity on the velocity field was analyzed.
