脑脊液检测对患儿脑膜炎的诊断及鉴别诊断价值

Detection of Cerebrospinal Fluid in Pediatric Meningitis Patients:Value of Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis

目的探讨脑脊液中GLU、LDH、ADA3项检测对脑膜炎患儿的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法检测3种类型脑膜炎的脑脊液中GLU、LDH、ADA的含量,并与对照组进行比较分析,找出其中的差异。结果结核性脑膜炎组脑〗脊液中GLU、LDH、ADA3项检测指标分别为(1.54±0.71)mmol/L、(150.69±62.14)U/L和(17.20±8.53)U/L;化脓性脑膜炎组脑脊液中3项检测指标分别为(1.25±0.76)mmol/L、(164.30±71.25)U/L和(4.10±1.97)U/L;病毒性脑膜炎组脑脊液中3项检测指标分别为(3.19±0.49)mmol/L、(35.90±6.40)U/L和(3.76±1.80)U/L;对照组脑脊液中3项检测指标分别为(3.46±0.40)mmol/L、(31.26±3.99)U/L和(3.52±0.95)U/L。结论脑脊液中GLU、LDH和ADA3项联合检测对脑膜炎的诊断和鉴别诊断有一定的价值。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of detection of cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） GLU,lactate dehydvogenase（LDH） and adenosine deaminase（ADA） in pediatric meningitis patients.METHODS The contents of GLU,LDH and ADA in CSF were examined in three types of meningitis,and compared with that of control group.RESULTS The contents of GLU,LDH and ADA in CSF of the tuberculous meningitis were 1.54±0.71 mmol/L,150.69±62.14 U/L and 17.20±8.53 U/L.That in purulent meningitis were 1.25±0.76 mmol/L,164.30±71.25 U/L and 4.10±1.97 U/L and in viral meningitis were 3.19±0.49 mmol/L,35.90±6.40 U/L and 3.76±1.80 U/L,respectively.The contents in control group were 3.46±0.40 mmol/L,31.26±3.99 U/L and 3.52±0.95 U/L.CONCLUSIONS Detecting GLU,LDH and ADA in CSF has value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of meningitis
