摘要
以钢液中铵盐脱铜实验为例,分析了实验过程中引起坩埚内钢液质量变化的几种因素,对模拟工业喂丝法的铵盐脱铜实验数据进行了重新处理,得出了更为合理的钢液中铜含量与脱铜剂加入量之间的关系并与处理前实验结果进行了对比.
Several factors which causing the mass changes of the steel melts in the crucibles have been analysized in detail, during such experiments on decopperization by adding ammonium compounds into the steel melts to imitate the wire-feeding in steelmaking. On basis of this, an expressin of the relation between the copper content of the melt and the amount of added decopperizing agent was developped, by virtue of which the data were reprocessed. The obtaied results are more reasonable than those not reprocessed.
