Reflections on Physics Teaching at the Turn of the Century

根据教育要面向未来，面向世界，面向现代化的指导思想，本文通过对当前物理教育现状及社会、经济、科技发展给物理教育所提出的新要求的分析，指出物理教育正面临危机与挑战。并就如何正视危机，面向新世纪迎接挑战。

By analysing the present condition of physics teaching and the new reguirements set by the development of society, economy, science and technology, the author argues that physics teaching is facing crisis and challenge and attempts an analysis of how to deal with the situation in accordance with the guiding thinking that education should meet the need of the future, the world and the modernization.
