摘要
用自制热致液晶性纤维素芳族酯(AEC)与聚碳酸酯(PC)进行了注塑原位复合的研究。结果表明:复合物的拉伸模量.弯曲模量及强度均随AEC用量增加而增加,拉伸强度在AEC含量为10%时达到最大值;复合物力学性能的变化与其中AEC液晶微纤的数量和形态密切相关。
injection mold in situ copmosite of thermotrpic liquid crytalline aromatic esterof cellulose (AEC) with polycarbonate (PC) were studied in this paper. The tensile modulasbend modulas and bend strength of PC/AEC injection mold parts inhanced with increasingAEC content and the tensile strength reached the maximum value when AEC content is10 %. The mechanical properties of the in situ composite were determined by the amound andmorphology of AEC microfibrils.
