辛芩雾化剂吸入治疗成人支气管哮喘疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Aspirating XinQin Alevaire for Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨辛芩雾化剂吸入替代激素治疗成人支气管哮喘临床疗效。方法 86例支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组(41例)和治疗组(45例)。两组均予同时配合抗炎、抗过敏、止咳、化痰等对症治疗。采用分级治疗方案,治疗组加用辛芩雾化剂雾化吸入;对照组加用必可酮气雾剂吸入,两组均于治疗2周后评估临床症状、征候及哮喘生命质量评分。结果治疗组疗效与对照组比较,临床控制、显效、好转、无效四个等级方面均无显著性差异,治疗组患者生命质量总分较对照组有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论辛芩雾化剂吸入替代激素治疗成人支气管哮喘安全有效。

【Objective】To explore Clinical therapeutic effect of Inhale with xinqin Alevaire substitution hormonal therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma.【Methods】Patients（n = 86） were divided into two groups randomly,all of them were symptomaticly treated by anti-inflammatory,ananaphylaxis,stopping coughing,eliminating sputum meanwhile.Apply to hierarchy therapeutic plan,Patients in observation group aspirated XinQin alevaire were taken,the other group Becotide Spray was used.To observe and compare the clinic effect and quality of life of two groups.【Results】After 2 week＇s treatment,There was no significant difference of the clinic effect in both groups than before（P〉0.05）.Quality of life were improved significantly（P〈 0.05）.【Conclusion】Aspirating XinQin alevaire possesses the advantage of effectiveness and safety in patients with bronchial asthma.
