奎的平与氟哌啶醇对精神分裂症患者生活质量影响的对照研究

A comparative Study on the effects of quetiapine and Haloperidol upon the Life Quality of Pati-ents with Schizophrenia

目的探讨奎的平、氟哌啶醇对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症患者分为奎的平组(30例)与氟哌啶醇组(为对照组30例)进行了3个月的临床研究,用PANSS、WHO.QOL-100分别评定患者的精神症状和生活质量。结果 3个月治疗后奎的平组患者PANSS总分和阴性因子分改善优于氟哌啶醇组;奎的平对患者生活质量的影响除精神支柱外均有明显提高;氟哌啶醇仅能部分提高患者的生活质量,但对患者的生活、心理和独立性领域没有明显改善。结论奎的平对精神分裂症患者的生活质量的改善优于氟哌啶醇。

【Objective】To studly the respeltine effects of quetiapine and haloperidol upon thelife quality of patients with schizophrenia.【Methods】Two groups of patients conforming to the CCMD-3 diagnosis standa rd,with each consisting of 30 persons,werw treaeated and studied respectively with quetiapineand haloperidol for a period of three months.Afterwards,the mental state and life quality of the two groups were separately evaluated with PANSS and WHO.QOL-100.【Results】Through three monthsof treatment,the group taking quetiapine acquired bigger improvements in terms of total PANSS score and negative factor scores.haloperidol group had move adverse reactions than quetiapine group.For the quetipine group,all the aspelts of life quality,except for spiritual pillar,were remarkably enhanced,while for the haloperidol group,but for partial life quality improvement,there were no notable achievements in the fields of physiology,psychology and independence.【Conclusion】Quetiapine is superion to haloperidol on the quality of life first opisode schizophrenice.
