Interregionalism and European Union:New Approach for the Building and Practice of Global Actor

欧盟是一个全球行为体,这是学界的一个基本共识。然而,并非所有的研究都强调欧盟作为一个新型的国际行为体所运用的新方式及其所产生的新影响。地区间主义肇始于欧共体早期的对外关系,发展于冷战后欧盟的外交政策。它是欧盟借以巩固并提升自身地区性,进而增强其行为体属性的重要方式,同时也是欧盟参与全球治理,谋划未来世界秩序的重要途径。

European Union is a global actor,which is a basic consensus among academic community.However,not all the researches place enough emphases on the EU as a novel international actor,with new approaches and new consequences.Interregionalism originated from the early external relations of European Community,and developed within the framework of EU foreign policy after the Cold War.It is an important way in which EU increases its regionness,then for its own actorness.Meanwhile,it is also a vital approach for EU to engage global governance and design the future world order.
