On the Situation of Cultural Strategy in the Present World

当今世界,文化已经被作为一种软实力提到了国家综合实力的战略高度,而且随着人类传播工具的日益先进和交往的日益紧密,人类不同文化间的交流具有了前所未有的广度和深度。所有这些既促进了人类不同文化的发展和进化,也加深了不同文化间的矛盾和冲突。人类文化发展的新形势迫使我们有必要从历史和现实角度对世界文化有一个整体的、大的战略上的把握,也就是要求我们要正确认清当今世界文化的战略格局、战略态势和未来发展趋势。

In the present world, culture as soft power has been considered as the reflection of the national comprehensive power. With the increasing progress and communications, the cultural communications have reached an unprecedented degree. All of these have promoted the development and evolution of different cultures and also led to the conflicts between different cultures. The new situation requires that we view the world culture in a global strategy, to view clearly the strategic pattern, the strategic situation and the future developing direction.
