摘要
合成了水溶性的新试剂N—壬基—N—(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(NPT),经元素分析、IR、UV、1HNMR测试,确定了其结构.实验了不同介质中,同40多种离子的反应情况,其中只有Ag+、Bi3+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Ni2+离子有特征性反应,可作为Cu2+、Ni2+的新鉴定试剂.鉴定Cu2+的检出限量m=0.037μg,最低浓度c=1μg/ml,43种常见离子不干扰.鉴定Ni2+的检出限量m=0.12μg,最低浓度c=3.3μg/ml.灵敏度与选择性与丁二酮肟相当.测定了在弱酸、中性和弱碱性介质中同40多种离子形成配合物的表现摩尔吸光系数,可作为分光光度法测定Cu2+、Pd2+的显色剂.测定Cu2+,ε349.2=4.87×104Lmol-1cm-1,43种离子中,只有大量Fe3+、Al3+干扰.则定Pd2+,ε297.8=1.25×105Lmol-1cm-1,51种离子只有Cu2+干扰测定,用于实际样品的检测,均获满意结果.是目前测定Pd2+的分析性能优良的试剂之一.
The new water soluble reagent N Nonyl N (Sodium p Aminobenzenesulfonate) Thiourea (NPT) was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by elemental analysis,IR, UV and 1 HNMR spectra. We also tested the reaction of this new reagent on more than forty kinds of ions in different medium, it indi Cated that only Ag +,Bi 3+ ,Cu 2+ ,Hg 2+ and Ni 2+ had characteristic reaction on NPT, so NPT could be used as an identification reagent of Cu 2+ and Ni 2+ . In appraising Cu 2+ : m =0.037μg, c =1μg/ml, in forty three kinds of common ions none influenced the identification, we regarded NPT as one of the best reagents of identification of Cu 2+ ; In appraising Ni 2+ :m=0.12μg, c=3.3μg/ml,its sensitivity and relectivity were analogous with dimethylglyoxime. Then we determined the apparent molar absorptivity of the corresponding complexes formed by NPT and more than forty kinds of ions in the medium of weak acid, neutrality and weak base respectively. It could be used as a spectrophotometric reagent in quantitative determination of Cu 2+ and Pd 2+ . In determining Cu 2+ :ε 343.2 =4.87×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,forty three kinds of ions didnt influence it; In determining Pd 2+ :ε 297.2 =1.25×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,in fifty one kinds of ions only Cu 2+ influenced it. We acquired satisfying results when using NPT in practical sample determination. It is one of the superior reagents in analytical property using in determining Pd 2+ at present time.
