摘要
本文用SDS-PAGE和活性电泳技术定性分析了河南省生物工程重点实验室研制的新型抗癌药的蛋白质和蛋白酶的种类和含量.结果表明:(1)文中方法能有效地浸提所用各材料中的有效成份;(2)不同材料所含蛋白质和蛋白酶种类有较大差异;(3)在连续浸提新型抗癌药有效成份过程中,第二次从各材料中浸提的蛋白酶活性高于第一次.综合分析表明,第二次浸提效果好于第一次.
This article qualitatively analyses the contents and the varieties of the protein and proteinase of a new anticancer drug just developed by Henan province key laboratory of Biotechnology. The results show that:(1)the method in this article can extract the effective ingredients from all the materials used; (2)the varieties of the protein and the proteinase in different materials are great different; (3) in the course of the continual extraction of the effective ingredients of the new anticancer drug,the activity of proteinase extracted from all the materials at the second time is greater than that at the first time.Comprehensive analyse shows that: the second extracting effect is better than the first.
