摘要
自我调节是儿童适应环境不断变化的能力,是儿童婴儿期、儿童早期及之后发展的重要方面。本文试图从心理生物学视角阐明自我调节发展同注意、认知和情绪控制密切相关,指出行为、遗传和脑的整合研究是自我调节发展研究的趋势,并对自我调节发展未来的研究方向给予了展望。
Self-regulation,a capacity of children themselves to adapt to their ever changing environments,is a critical aspect of development in infancy,early childhood and beyond.In this paper,we review evidence that supports the notion that attentional, cognitive,and emotional control factors of psychobiology contribute to the development of self-regulation.Integrative approaches to the study of the development of self-regulation will be most fruitful if investigations examine the interplay among behavior,genetics,and the brain.Finally,the paper suggestions for future reseach.
