评委印象匹配对面试决策影响的实证研究 被引量:3

A Study on the Relationship Between Interviewers' Impression Matching and Interview Decision

摘要 本研究以跨时间段的决策为切人点,考察评委理想印象和当前印象的匹配性检验在候选人筛选中的多阶段决策特征。证实当前印象和理想印象的匹配在评委和决策之间起着中介作用。面试的不同阶段对决策的拒绝阈限和一致性程度有显著的影响。实验室模拟面试法和多特征多方案决策追踪技术进一步考察框架效应对面试决策的影响,证明由于决策目标和认知特点的差异,决策框架的不同会影响面试决策。 In this study,an experiment was conducted to analyze how an interview stage affected the role of a compatibility test in the interview decisions.The result showed that subjective compatibility perception mediated the relationship between the interviewer and interview decisions.Different interview stages affected the interview decision rejection threshold and decision consistency.With the process tracing technique,we compared interview decisions in terms of decision strategies on the basis of analysis of single-step transitions and multiple-step transitions in multi-attribute decision tasks.The results showed that the framing effect affected decision strategies for the difference of decision aiming and cognitive characteristics.
