防止热电厂电力系统大面积停电的措施和途径

摘要 根据莱钢热电厂电力系统工艺结构现状、负荷分配性质及生产任务特点,阐述了提高系统运行可靠性,在热电电力系统外部电网发生短路等异常停电事故状态下,保证自身系统正常运行的措施和途径,有效地规避了系统大面积停电、高炉灌渣堵风口恶性事故的发生。 The process structure state,load distribution property and production task characteristics of the power system of the heat power plant of Laiwu Iron Steel Co.,Ltd were introduced.Under abnormal outage state owing to short circuit in external grid of the power system of the heat power plant,the measures and ways that how to guarantee the sys-tem itself were raised.It effectively avoided outage in large area of the system and vicious fault of slag tuyere of blast furnace.
