摘要 高炉炉顶荒煤气一旦温度超过正常范围,通常需在炉顶洒水降温。传统的炉顶洒水工艺采用普通水喷嘴来喷水,存在降温时间长、煤气含水多等问题。采用喷雾技术,能迅速降低炉顶煤气温度,有效解决传统工艺存在的问题。 When the temperature of blast furnace raw gas at the furnace top exceeds the normal range,usually spraying water process is used to cool the top.Normal water nozzles are used to spray water in the conventional process which causes a series of problems such as long time of temperature lowering,much water containing in gas,etc.Now the spraying technology can lower temperature of the gas quickly and solve the problems in the conventional process efficiently.
