摘要
通过热平衡分析法和火用平衡分析法诊断韶钢重点能耗工序的能源利用情况,尤其是通过火用平衡分析法分析了新的节能潜力与方向;结合韶钢工艺装备实际情况,研究分析节能技术方案,为韶钢的进一步节能改造提供依据。
The energy source utilization of the key energy consumption working proce-dure of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd was diagnosed by the heat balance analysis method and the exergy balance analysis method.The new energy saving potential and trend was ana-lyzed by the exergy balance analysis method.Combing the practical situation of process and equipment,the energy saving plan was studied and analyzed.It provided basis for further en-ergy saving reconstruction of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.
