摘要
介绍了水泥熟料生产线煤粉制备系统安全评价采用的火灾爆炸指数安全评价方法;深入总结了该方法的运用程序、适用条件以及相关参数的选取和计算方法;并以2000t/d生产线的煤粉制备系统为例进行了实例分析计算。在此基础上,提出了在煤粉制备系统工艺设计上一般可采取的安全技术措施与对策,且在一定程度上还探讨了煤粉制备系统安全评价的规范化模式。
Safety assessment of fire explosive index method for the coal powder preparation system in cement clinker production line was introduced, and the application process, condition and parameters selection and calculation of the assessment method were summarized. And a 2000t/d cement clinker production line was took for example to analyse and calculate the fire explosive index. On base of that the salty technology measures which could be adopted in coal powder preparation system were brought forward. Finally, the standard mode of the salty assessment of coal powder preparation system was discussed at a certain extent.
