煤磨传动系统的扭振计算

摘要 当设备激励频率等于或接近传动系统的任一固有频率时,系统将产生共振;共振严重时,足以导致零部件损坏而影响设备的正常运行并引起巨大的经济损失。以煤磨系统为例,建立了其传动系统扭振计算的数学模型,并求解出传动系统的固有频率。显然,这为煤磨的合理选型并确保其系统的安全稳定运行,提供了一定的理论依据。 When the excitation frequencies of equipment is equal to or close to the natural frequencies of the drive system, resonance of the system comes into being, and serious resonance will destroy the accessories which will disturb the normal running of the equipment which will result in great economic loss. The coal mill was took as example, the mathematical mode of the drive system's torsional vi- bration was established and the natural frequencies was calculated which supplys theory basis for resonable selection and stable runnig of the coal mill.
