摘要
回转窑在运转过程中,由于各种原因会引起窑体轴线的弯曲,因此在线检测和调整窑体轴线非常重要。文章简要介绍了回转窑轴线测量技术的发展状况以及武汉理工大学研制的三代KAS回转窑轴线测量系统(即KAS-1,KAS-2和KAS-3),并重点分析了KAS-3的测量原理和存在缺陷。在此基础上,介绍了一种在KAS-3测量系统基础上开发研制的改进型回转窑轴线测量仪,它采用无线遥控及单片机技术来控制水平位传感器标靶的移动和精确定位,因此具有测量操作简便、标靶定位准确、测量精度高等优点。
In the rotation of rotary kiln, the axes usually inflects as a result of many factors, which makes it very important to test and adjust the kiln axes online. The development of measuring technology for rotary kiln axes was introduced in brief as well as the three generation of axes measuring instruments (KAS-1,KAS-2 and KAS-3)developed by Wuhan University of Science and Technology. And the measuring mechanism and limitation of KAS-3 was analysed detailedly. And on that basis a modified measuring instrument de- veloped on based of KAS-3 measuring system was introduced, and the new measuring instrument control the move of horizontal sensor's target and position precisely by wireless remote control and SCM technology, which makes the strongpoints of simple operation, precise positioning and high precision measuring.
