全球化进程推动了世界经济的发展,也推动了职业培训市场的发展。全球地方化则是地方面临全球化竞争的一种体现。本文通过探讨地方培训市场的市场潜力,分析了全球地方化对职业培训市场战略制定的一系列影响。同时,针对培训战略计划决策者在制定战略决策时,面对的培训能力、竞争对手、培训结构以及培训定位等方面的困境,提出从明确宗旨、态势分析、目标定位、战略规划、程序演示、战术实施、绩效管理、收集反馈和动态调整等九个方面来分析如何科学地制定培训市场战略。
Globalization has not only promoted the development of the world economy,but also promoted the development of education training market.Glocalization is a reflection where the localization is facing the global competition.The authors explore the potential of local market and analyzed the influence of strategy making to local university by glocalization.Considering many challenges decision makers face in the training market,such as training ability,competitors,training structure,and training positioning,the authors propose a systematic approach for consummating a scientific training market strategy plan.And this approach includes nine aspects:clearing the aim,situational analysis of SWOT,target orientation,strategic planning,procedures demo,tactical practice,performance management,collecting feedback and dynamic adjustment.
