摘要
多肽:N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族是结构上、功能上相似的多基因家族,参与黏蛋白O-糖基化的初始阶段。家族各成员在其特异性表达分布、底物选择及功能上不完全相同,尤其是在肿瘤组织中表达,甚至有些家族成员,如GALNT2、T6、T14与肿瘤的浸润转移密切相关,参与信号转导,这也为肿瘤药物治疗靶点选择方面开辟了新的方向。
O-glycosylation of mucin is initiated by UDP-GalNAc:polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases.Members of the family vary from the expression of distribution,temporal and spatial specificity,the substrate specificity and function to the expression in tumor,especially some member,such as GALNT2、T6、T14 play critical roles in migration and invasion of tumor cell and participate signal transduction,this will be valuable for the development of novel therapeutic modalities against tumor.
