脊柱结核的外科治疗进展

Progress in Surgical Treatment of Tuberculous Spondylitis

近年来,因为环境日益恶劣等因素,全球结核病发病率逐年上升并呈死灰复燃之势,耐药结核菌株的产生更使其治疗变得复杂。占全身骨关节结核发病率首位的脊柱结核成了脊柱外科研究的热门。随着对脊柱结核的认识不断深入以及脊柱内固定技术的发展,近年来对脊柱结核的外科治疗取得了巨大的进步,在手术适应证的选择、术前的准备、手术技巧及术后处理等方面有了新的发展。

In recent years,the incidence of global tuberculosis has been significantly increasing as a results of environment changed,and the emergence of drug-resistant tuberculosis strains makes this matter worse.Tubercolous spondylitis,the most common and most serious form among the tuberculous lesions in the various bones and joints,has being focused on by spinal surgeons.Recently,with the cognition of its nature and the development of spinal internal fixation,a tremendous progress has been made in the surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis.There have been magic developments in the choice of surgical indications,preoperative preparation,surgical technique and postoperative management.And good clinical results have been gained.Now summarization is made in this paper.
