摘要 全膝关节置换术是成功的手术,能够改善膝关节功能和提高患者生活质量,初次膝关节置换的数量每年都在增加。由于无菌松动、感染、假体位置以及其他原因,许多假体需要进行翻修。翻修手术对于骨科医师有一定挑战性,近年来受到广泛关注。现就骨缺损的处理、翻修假体的选择以及感染的处理等问题进行综述,以期给临床医师提供参考。 Total knee arthroplasty can improve the knee joint function and life quality,it is a successful operation.The number of primary total knee replacements being performed is rising each year.Because of aseptic loosening,infection,prosthetic malposition and other reasons,a lot of components should be underwent revision.The revision of total knee arthroplasty is a challenge to every orthopedist and becomes a focus in this filed.The deal of bone defects,the choice of revision prosthesis and the treatment of infection will be summarized in this article to provide the reference to the doctors.
