经皮椎体成形术具有增加椎体强度、稳定椎体、止痛的作用。它继承了既往椎体成形术的优点,又避免了开放手术的并发症,效果明显,普及迅速,但经皮椎体成形术需要通过经皮穿刺向病椎注入骨水泥。因此,手术可能会伴发因骨水泥注入导致的并发症。了解并发症发生的原因、部位、症状,对减少其发生率及提前做好防范措施有一定的临床意义。

Percutaneous vertebroplasty had the effects of increasing vertebral strength,stabilizing vertebral body,and relieving pain.It not only inherited advantage of the previous vertebroplasty surgery,but avoiding the complications of open surgery.The effect was obvious,and was popularized rapidly.Percutaneous vertebroplasty need to percutaneous vertebral and inject cement to the injury vertebral body,therefore,related complications can occur frequently.Understanding the reasons for its occurrence,location,symptoms has clinical significance to reduce the incidence.
