摘要
介绍了曳引轮绳槽和曳引绳之间出现滑动的3种情况。对防爆货梯和防爆客梯进行了摩擦能量计算和摩擦表面温升计算,对容易产生摩擦的电梯曳引轮和曳引钢丝绳在运行中的摩擦生热问题,利用有限元方法做了模拟仿真分析,以确定其在防爆方面的性能。
This paper introduces three kinds of conditions when sliding appears between the rope groove of the traction sheave and the tractive rope. The friction energy and the friction surface temperature rise of the explosion-proof goods elevator and the explosion-proof passenger elevator are calculated,and the simulation analysis is performed for the problems that the frictional heat could be generated during the operation of the elevator traction sheave and the tractive steel wire rope by using the finite element method,thus to determine the performance in the aspect of explosion-proof.
