Under the condition of socialist market economy,the enterprise file management is facing new opportunities and challenges,and the enterprise file management can create a new method only by advancing with the times and adopting innovative development. This paper studies how to improve the professional qualities of the archivists,do well in technical file management and get done the file information services,and the enterprise construction practice in the new period shows that only the improvement in enterprise file management level can serve the enterprise in reform and development.
