开孔钢板受拉应力分布的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究开孔钢板两端均匀受拉情况下,应力大小和分布情况及其影响因素。用有限元软件建立钢板实体模型进行数值计算,考察不同直径、不同形状的孔及钢板尺寸对应力的影响。基于弹性力学理论,分析各因素对应力大小及分布的影响,提出了应力集中系数与参数间的函数关系,与数值计算结果吻合较好。 A study is presented in this paper on the value,distribution and factors of stress in aperture steel plates.Finite element analysis software is used to set a solid model of steel plate and to conduct numerical calculation.Effects of different diameters and shapes of circular holes,dimensions of steel plate are taken into consideration.Based on elastic mechanical theories,effects of all factors above are analyzed and a functional relationship between K(the Stress Concentration Factor) and parameters,which matches the results of numerical calculation,is proposed.
