口服消风冲剂联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

摘要 目的观察消风冲剂联合窄谱中波紫外线(narrow band-ultraviolet B light,NB-UVB)照射治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法将75例患者随机分为治疗组35例,对照1组、对照2组各20例,治疗组予口服消风冲剂联合窄谱UVB照射治疗,对照1组仅口服消风冲剂,对照2组仅照射窄谱UVB。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,对照1组和对照2组总有效率分别为70.00%、66.67%;治疗组与2个对照组总有效率比较,差异具有显著性。结论口服消风冲剂联合窄谱UVB照射治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效满意。
