背俞穴拔罐对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者免疫功能的影响

Effects of Cupping at Back-shu Acupoints on Immunologic Functions in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease during Stable Stage

目的观察背俞穴拔罐对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期患者细胞免疫、体液免疫功能的影响。方法将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。对照组采用解痉平喘、止咳祛痰等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用背俞穴拔罐治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后治疗组IgG、IgA、IgM和CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均显著升高(P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论背俞穴拔罐可明显改善COPD稳定期患者的免疫功能,起到了治疗作用。

Objective To observe effects of cupping at back-shu acupoints on functions of cell immunity and humoral immunity in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） during stable stage. Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD during stable stage were averagely randomized into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine therapies such as spasmolysis, relieving asthma and cough, eliminating phlegm and so on; additionally, patients in treatment group were treated with cupping at back shu acupoints. Before and after treatment, changes of immunoglubin and subtypes of T lymphocytes were observed. Results Compared with those before treatment, levels of immunoglobin G, immunoglobin A and immunoglobin M and values of CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ and CD4^-/CD8^＋ ratio were significantly increased after treatment in treatment group; furthermore, those indicators were signifi cantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cupping at back-shu acupoints can significantly improve immunologic functions in patients with COPD during stable stage, which contributes to the mechanism of treatment.
