痛泻要方对慢性应激大鼠肠功能及下丘脑和结肠VIP的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Tong Xie Yao Fang on Intestinal Function and the Level of Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide in Hypothalamus and Colon of Rats with Chronic Stress

摘要 目的观察痛泻要方对慢性应激大鼠肠功能及下丘脑和结肠血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)的影响。方法以匹维溴胺为对照,观察痛泻要方对慢性应激大鼠粪便含水量、直肠内玻璃小球排出时间、小肠墨汁推进率以及下丘脑和结肠VIP含量的影响。结果慢性应激大鼠粪便含水量显著增加,直肠内玻璃小球排出时间显著缩短,小肠墨汁推进率显著升高,下丘脑和结肠中VIP的含量显著升高;痛泻要方、匹维溴胺能减轻以上部分肠功能紊乱,显著降低结肠中VIP含量,但对下丘脑中VIP的影响不明显。结论痛泻要方能减轻慢性应激大鼠的肠功能紊乱,该作用可能与其对结肠中VIP的调节有关。 Objective To study the effects of Tong Xie Yao Fang(TXYF), a famous prescription in traditional Chinese medicine for gastrointestinal disorders, on intestinal function and the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in hypothalamus and colon of rats with chronic stress. Methods Pinaverium bromide was served as the control. The effects of TXYF on the water content in the feces, the discharge time of the glass ball inside the rectum, the propulsion of ink in the small intestine, and the level of VIP in hypothalamus and colon were investigated in rats with chronic stress. Results In rats with chronic stress, the water content in the feces was significantly increased, the discharge time of the glass ball inside the rectum was significantly reduced, the propulsion of ink in the small intestine became faster, and the level of VIP in the hypothalamus and colon was significantly increased. Some functional intestinal disorders above-mentioned were significantly alleviated and the level of VIP in colon was significantly reduced by TXYF and Pinaverium bromide. Conclusion TXYF can reduce some functional intestinal disorders of rats with chronic stress, which may be related to its regulative effect on VIP.
