摘要 研究了使用永磁铁对铁质轴向运动悬臂梁进行横向振动的主动控制;建立了自由端带有集中质量的轴向运动悬臂梁的振动理论模型,并通过振动实验进行了修正。通过理论分析和实验研究,得到了非接触磁力对铁质悬臂梁的作用规律,建立了使用非接触磁力进行横向振动控制方法。对上述控制方法进行了模拟计算和实际实验,结果表明,模拟计算与实验完全吻合,梁的振动得到了有效抑制。 The vibration control of an axially moving iron cantilever beam by the noncontact force of permanent magnets is investigated in experiments with the platform and apparatus of the magnetic control system.The transverse vibration equation of the axially moving cantilever beam with a tip mass is derived and modified according to the measured data.The properties of the force between the magnet and the beam are determined by the test.A control strategy for the suppression of the beam transverse vibration by the noncontact force of the permanent magnet is presented and applied in the experiments.Numerical simulations are in good agreement with the measured ones.The result shows that the vibration control method is effective.
