摘要
就全球的经验来说,乳与乳制品是具有最高市场风险的食品之一。近年来我国食品安全的社会实践也印证了这个观点。然而,全球乳品的危害通常表现是生物性的,而在我国则是化学性的。本文试图结合我国乳业发展的若干特点和国家乳品安全标准(2010版)的制定,探讨形成这些事件的技术方面原因,并提出技术性应对思路和建议。
On the global experience of food-safety,milk and its product is one of the highest risks of foods in the market.The Chinese experience of food-safety has also confirmed this rule in recent years.However,normally on the global the harm of dairy product manifests is biological,but in our country is chemical.This paper attempts to combine with some number of features of the development of Chinese dairy,and the national dairy safety standards(2010 version),discussed technical reasons of these events,and put forward the ideas and the proposal as technically response.
