摘要
设计了一种新型的经济型喷漆机器人,重点介绍了喷漆机器人的总体方案设计,并运用Inventor对直接影响整个机器人的工作性能的大臂进行了强度校核。仿真结果表明:应力的总体分布规律是从大臂前端向大臂后端逐渐增大,大臂与机器人腰部相连的回转关节处应力最大,其值为14.57 MPa,小于材料的抗拉强度,最大变形量为6.312×105μm,满足刚度要求。
A new kind of economical painting robot was designed, and the overall scheme design of which was emphatically introduced, after that the strength of the robot large arm was checked with Inventor software, which directly affected the performance of the whole robot. The simulation results show that: the stress of the large arm increased gradually from the front-end to the back-end, the stress of rotary joints connected to the waist was the greatest, which was 14.57 MPa and less than its tensile strength, at which the maximum deformation volume of 6.312×105 μm can meet the stiffness requirements.
