摘要
通过对四连杆型液压支架的深入研究,揭示了四连杆机构受力与顶梁前端运动轨迹之间的关系,采用以前连杆受力为目标函数,改固定函数约束运动轨迹为约束其范围,用运动速度约束运动方向,建立了四连杆机构优化数学模型。利用VC++语言进行优化程序设计,通过实例对比证明,此优化不仅使顶梁运动轨迹满足了液压支架支护要求,而且四连杆机构受力明显减小,可降低支架重量,节约支架成本。
The relationship of the stress of four-likage mechanism and the movement track of the top beam's frontage by in-depth studying the type of four-likage of hydraulic support were revealed. Through adopting front-linkage with objection funtion and restricting the movement track's scope to replace the fixed function constrant and making velocity restrict the movement direction, a mathematical model of optimization of four-linkage mechanism is established. Using VC++ programming language optimied,by example it proved that optimization not only made the top beam movement track to accord the requirement of the hydraulic support,but also significantly reduced the four-linkage's stress and reduce the weight of the hydraulic support and save its costs.
