摘要
结合表面感应淬火工艺研究了用于汽车覆盖件冲压模具的不同成分灰口铸铁的组织与性能。结果表明,较低的碳当量是灰铁获得高强度与高表面感应淬火硬度的保证,而合金元素可进一步提高其强度和感应淬火硬度,组织中粗大石墨片则是获得较大淬硬层厚度的保证。灰铁试样HT3拥有最佳的性能:其抗拉强度为555 MPa,表面感应淬火硬度平均值为56HRC,淬硬层深度可达4.5 mm。
The microstructure and properties of gray iron with different compositions were studied by using surface induction hardening process.The results showed that the lower carbon equivalent was a guarantee of the high strength and surface hardness after induction hardening,while the alloying elements could increase further the strength and hardness on its basis.The presence of lager and thicker flake graphite phase was an assurance of larger thickness of hardened layer in gray iron.The HT3 gray iron sample had the best properties of 555 MPa tensile strength,56 HRC average surface hardness,4.5 mm depth of hardened layer after induction hardening.
