摘要
运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS6.5对20/316L复合管拉拔成形过程进行模拟,在原有模型的基础上通过重启动分析建立复合管热应力有限元模型,探讨了内外管间残余接触压力的分布规律,研究了内衬316L复合管在热载荷作用下内外管间残余接触压力的变化,分析了热载荷对冷拔20/316L复合管残余接触压力的影响,找到内外管在温度载荷下发生脱离的最高工作温度,为复合管能够适用的温度范围提供理论依据。
The numerical simulation of drawing process of 20/316L composite pipe was carried out by using the finite element software ABAQUS6.5. Based on the original model, the finite element model of composite pipe thermal stress was established by the restart analysis, then discussed the distribution of residual contact pressure between the inner and outer pipe. The changes of the residual contact pressure between two metal layers of the lined 316L composite pipe under the action of heat load were studied. Analyzed the influence of heat load to the residual contact pressure of cold drawing 20/316L bimetal composite pipe, found the maximum working temperature of separation between two metal layers of the composite pipe under the action of heat load, provided a reference for the temperature range which can be applied on the composite pipe in practical applications.
