摘要
运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对刮板输送机的重要部件链轮进行模态分析,得到了链轮的前10阶固有频率和振型。并分析了齿宽与齿厚尺寸对链轮固有频率的影响,其分析结果为刮板输送机的动力学优化设计提供了理论依据。
The former ten order inherent frequencies and mode shapes of sprocket are calculated by using the finite element software ANSYS. The influences of the tooth width and tooth thickness on inherent frequency are also analyzed. The result can provide necessary guides for the dynamic optimal design of the scraper conveyor.
