摘要
为了提高材料表面的硬度、耐磨性,通常采用化学热处理工艺,综述了膏剂法化学热处理的膏剂渗碳、渗硼以及复合渗剂成分、膏剂制备工艺方法及组织性能。试验表明,膏剂化学热处理较常规固体粉末埋渗法渗层均匀、稳定,工艺简单、成本低廉,且易于实现局部表面强化。
In order to improve the material's surface hardness,wear resistance,it is generally the use of chemical heat treatment. Gives an overview of paste method pasty carburizing,boronizing and compond infiltration the medicinal preparation configuration,process method and structure property,and to analyze its impact factors. Results show that pasty solid powder chemical heat treatment than conventional uniform buried deep infiltration method, stable, simple process, low cost, and easy to implement local surface hardening.
