设计了煤矿掘进机远程监控系统,重点介绍了组态王软件在监控系统中的应用。该系统通过远程上位机监测掘进机的工作状态、动态参数及位姿,并对下位机实时控制,具有报警及故障分析功能。解决了掘进机工作面实景监控少,参数采集效率低的问题,实现了恶劣环境下的无人操作。

Roadheader remote monitoring system is designed; the application of king view in monitoring and control system is emphatically introduced. This system supervises the work state, dynamic parameters and poses of roadheader through remote upper computer, and controls the lower computer real timely. The system has function of alarm and failure analysis. In addition, it solves the problem of lack of monitoring and low parameters-collection efficiency on the roadheader working face scene, thus achieves the unmanned operation in severe environment.
