摘要
介绍了改进珩磨设备,实现平顶网纹珩磨。采用该工艺对缸体的加工具有许多优点,经过平顶网纹珩磨的缸孔内表面形成沟槽与小平台均匀相间的网纹表面。有利于缸体表面油膜的形成,防止拉缸,提高缸孔耐用度,同时还可以起到迷宫密封的效果。
Introducing honing machine, carry into plateau honing. This technique has many advantages, anilox surface that composition of grooves and small platforms structure would be formed in cylinder hole, with small platform of anilox surface evenly. It is beneficial to forming oil surface of the cylinder, preventing draw cylinder and improving steel life, also be sealed.
