摘要
分析液压系统温度过高造成的危害,介绍液压主要元件及液压系统的发热量计算,从液压系统的控制、液压元件的配置、液压辅助元件的合理利用等方面分析减少能量损失的原因,提出了降低液压系统温度的有效方法,为液压系统设计提供了依据。
The damage caused by the overheat of the hydraulic system is analysed, the major components of the hydraulic pressure and the calculation of the heat generated by the hydraulic system are introduced. And the causes of diminishing energy loss are analysed in aspects of the control of the hydraulic system, the configuration of the hydraulic components and the rational utilization of the auxiliary elements, and effective solutions for lowering the hydraulic system temperature are put forward, and foundations for the design of hydraulic system are laid.
