摘要
针对新型汽车通信标准—FlexRay总线设计了一种故障测试系统。该测试系统包含几个FlexRay节点,每个节点配备了很多数字、模拟输入输出端,能够与各种传感器连接完成相应数据采集。该系统的核心由VHDL语言编程的FPGA完成。FPGA能够生成预定义的各种故障的故障帧,通过测试其他节点的反应来评估FlexRay总线的可靠性。实验结果表明,该测试系统能够产生各种模拟故障的故障帧,具备迄今为止任何FlexRay分析器所不具备的优势。
A fault test system is designed based on FlexRay bus, which is a new automotive communication standard. The system contains several FlexRay nodes. Each of the nodes is equipped by many digital and analog outputs and inputs, and as a result there can be connected many sensors in order to achieve data acquisition. The focus part of the system is a generating device which is implemented into a FPGA by using VHDL. The generating device can generate fault frame for all predefined errors. FlexRay bus reliability can be evaluated by testing other nodes behavior to fault frame. The experimental results demonstrates that the test system can produce fault frame for all kinds of faults and has advantages that others FlexRay analyzers have not so far.
