福利经济学研究如何推进社会整体福利,但是由于福利经济学使用的"福利"概念的模糊性与抽象性,其研究方法与原则又过于依赖西方主流经济学,使福利经济学在逻辑与实践上都存在矛盾,无法突破西方主流经济学的框架,不能成为解决社会分配问题的指导思想。福利经济学的命运揭示了西方主流经济学的分配之困,表明西方"市场神话"在分配理论上的破灭。

The welfare economics research how to promote overall social welfare,but because the ＂welfare＂ concept is fuzziness and abstract,and its research methods or principles rely on the western mainstream economics too much,the welfare economics is in logic contradiction with practice,so it is unable to break the western mainstream economics frameworks,and cannot become the guiding ideology to solve social distribution problem.The fate of the welfare economics reveals that difficulties of the distribution of western mainstream economics,and show western ＂market myth＂ be disillusioned in the distribution of the theory.
