土地要素对广东省经济增长贡献的岭回归分析(1996～2008)

Analysis of the Contribution of Land Element to Economic Growth of Guangdong Province Based on Ridge Regression

在我国快速实现城市化和工业化的进程中,土地要素对于经济增长做出了具有"中国特色"的突出贡献。通过构建包含土地要素的超越对数生产函数模型,运用岭回归的方法,实证研究了土地要素对于广东省经济增长的影响。研究结果表明,1996～2008年土地要素对广东省经济增长贡献显著。认为广东省应从加大耕地的开发、整理和复垦力度以及促进存量建设用地集约节约利用两方面入手,加强对土地的科学合理使用,努力实现耕地总量的动态平衡。

Land element has made great contribution to China＇s industrialization urbanization.Based on translog production function,this paper constructs an economic growth model of Guangdong of China including land element,and solves the model parameters by using ridge regression.The results show that land element contributed significantly to the economic growth of Guangdong.This paper also considers that,two approaches for realization of the dynamic balance on the total amount of cultivated land are suggested： one is the economical and intensive utilization of each land and another is land development and reclamation.
