凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)鳃细胞膜蛋白与WSSV的结合活性以及BP53的初步研究

摘要 实验提取了凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)的鳃细胞膜并采用2种非离子型表面活性剂TritonX-100和Tween-20增溶鳃细胞膜,通过ELISA方法证实增溶后的对虾鳃膜蛋白与WSSV有结合活性,对其中1种鳃膜蛋白BP53进行了MALDI-TOF-MS-MS质谱测序,并且经BLASTP对其保守域进行了分析,结果表明BP53鳃膜蛋白与ATP ase-β-subunit同源性最高。 The branchial of shrimp of Litopenaeus vannamei was extracted and solvated by TritonX-100 and Tween-20.It keeps binding activity of WSSV and shrimp's branchial by ELISA.BP53 was one of the proteins of shrimp's branchial and had been measured by MALDI-TOF-MS-MS mass spectrum,and the function of the conserved domain of it had been analyzed by BLASTP.It was found that BP53 branchial membrane protein of shrimp has the highest homology with ATP synthase β-subunit.
