创新流域开发理念 推动大渡河梯级水电建设

摘要 深溪沟电站是继瀑布沟电站之后大渡河上又一座完工的梯级电站,装机容量66万kW,是西部大开发中"川电东送"的重要水电开发项目之一。电站建设者充分重视工程建设质量,切实保护自然生态环境,倾心关注当地群众脱贫帮困事业,既促进了水电站工程又好又快的建设进程,又带动了当地经济社会的和谐发展,积极履行了企业应有的社会责任。从保证工程建设质量与生产安全、加强科学施工管理与参建各方协调、促进地方经济增长以及关心当地公益事业发展等方面,介绍水电开发企业的创新发展理念和工程实践经验,对于积极、有序地推进梯级水电开发的可持续发展,具有良好的示范作用。 Shenxigou Hydropower Station, a cascade hydropower station with an installed capacity of 660MW, is one of the important hydropower development projects of "power transmission from west to east" in great western development. The constructors pay great attention to the construction quality, practically protect the natural ecological environment and concern the local poverty relief; not only promote the construction process, but also drive the harmonious development of local economy. We introduce the innovation development ideas and the engineering experiences of hydropower development enterprise from the aspects of ensuring construction quantity and safety, strengthening scientific management of construction and coordination among each party, promoting the local economic growth and concerning the local public welfare undertakings, which provides a good demonstration for promoting the sustainable development of cascade hydropower development in a positive and orderly way.
