摘要
水电站项目涉及的范围广,建设工期长、投资大、影响因素多,建设项目进度计划编制和实施控制极易受到各种条件的影响,而水电工程的工期效益主要表现在因提前投产而带来的发电效益和引起的投入成本的节约效益。因此,对于业主来讲,工程进度是项目建设期控制的重点。在深溪沟水电站施工管理过程中,坚持业主强势主导、强化设计优化、提高管理效率,促使各项工作向着工程又好又快又省的方向发展。创造了引以自豪的"深溪沟速度",并达到了工程质量优良,投资控制合理的建设预期目标。以深溪沟水电站建设为例,阐述了业主在工程进度管理中的一些实践经验和具体做法。
With a large scope, long construction period, a large amount of investment and many influencing factors, the preparation and implementation of scheduled plan of hydropower station project are easily affected by various conditions. For hydropower project, the benefits produced by construction period are chiefly manifested in the benefit of power generation and cost saving due to operation in advance. Therefore, for employer, the construction process is the key to be controlled in project construction period. In the construction management of Shenxigou Hydropower Station, we insist on the powerful leading of employer, intensifying design optimization and improving management efficiency to promote the project into a faster, better and more economical way. The "speed of Shenxigou" is created and the objectives of good quality and reasonable investment control are achieved. Taking the construction of Shenxigou Hydropower Station as an example, we describe some methods of construction process management.
