摘要
针对深溪沟水电站水轮发电机组安装工程,对于重要部位、隐蔽工程和关键工序,采取由监理牵头,业主、厂家、设计、施工等各方参与的联合小组进行质量验收的方式。着重介绍了机组安装过程中焊接、变形的控制,包括转子支架组焊、下机架组焊控制及混凝土浇筑过程中的变形控制;对水轮机转轮和锥管安装工艺实施了优化,该优化方案方便了施工,节约了工期,同时也保证了安装质量。
Aiming at the installation of hydro - generator of Shenxigou Hydropower Station, for the important parts, concealed works and key processes, we organized a united group to perform quality acceptance which was lead by supervision and consisted of employer, manufacturer, designer, and constructor. We mainly introduce the control of welding and displacement during the unit installation, including assembly welding of rotor spider, assembly welding control of lower bracket, and deformation control of concrete placement. The installation technology of turbine runner and conical tube has been optimized. The optimized technology is convenient to construction and reducing construction period, and guarantees the installation quality.
